Albacete circuit host European championship in October!

The European Championship will take place at the Albacete Circuit for the fourth consecutive
year, and will be held from 8-9 October 2011.

Under the combined organization of the UEM and the RFME, the Spanish track will be the
crowning site of the 2011 European Champions in the 125GP, Supersport 600 and Superstock
1000 categories. The Junior Champion will also be uncovered from either the Supersport or
Superstock classes, with potential candidates eligible up to the age of 20.

As was the case last year and in an indication of the high level of competition, the criteria for
application is extremely demanding. Only riders who have finished in the top five of the
national championships from the following countries will be admitted; Spain, France,
Germany, Italy and Netherlands. Those who have finished in the top four of the national
championships in Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and the Alpe-Adria region will also be admitted.

Similar to last year the entry list will be completed by a selection of other riders selected by the
organization, riders from across the world and not only Europe.

The application process closes on 23 September 2011. Entry forms can be downloaded from
http://www.europeanchamp.com/how-to-apply .

On a technical level it should be noted that the regulations for the Supersport 600 class have
had some changes compared to last year, especially with regards to tyres and ECU’s. Thanks to
this regulation the class is more comparable to the majority of championships and also more
cost effective for entrants.

important information.

The attraction of competing in the European Championship will be complemented by the
incentive of more than €90,000 in prizes, which are on offer across all three categories.
